Smoked Salmon & Egg on a Bed of Asparagus

Another heart-warming meal for your lovely date they sure will never forget. Here we go:
Ingredients
a fist of asparagus
half pack of Smoked Salmon
1 tbsp butter
a bowl of ice water
2 eggs, poached
salt and pepper
Directions
Boil the asparagus until tender.
Plunge in a bowl of ice water, drain, then set aside.
Poach the eggs, set aside.
In a pan, cook the cooled asparagus with butter in medium high heat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place the cooked asparagus on a plate.
Then lay the smoked salmon slices on them.
Top with the poached eggs.
Sprinkle salt and pepper to finish.
