Salmon Tartare Verrines


Enjoy this festive dish with another simple gourmet recipe concocted by our dear Chef Christelle in the comfort of your home with the entire family.

Ingredients

3 red bell peppers
200 g raw salmon fillet portions
200 g smoked salmon
1 whole lemon, juiced
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp dill, chopped
1 tbsp chives or spring onion, chopped
1 tbsp shallot, chopped

Directions

Bake the whole bell peppers in the oven at 180 °C until the skin gets slightly brown.
Chop and prepare all the ingredients.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Cut the salmon into cubes.
Add the herbs & spices and mix together.
Peel the skin of the cooled bell peppers then cut into strips.
Dress the side of the verrine with the bell peppers.
Fill with the salmon mixture.
Garnish with lemon and herbs, and serve.

Try this dip based in sour-cream to boost the flavors of your chips. To make it healthier, substitute with 150 ml natural yogurt for a Tzatziki-style dipping sauce.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup sour cream
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp parsley, chopped
2 tsp lime juice
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground chili powder
a pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Refrigerate before serving.

In this video, Gerald will show you how easy it is to bake the ready-to-bake French croissants right in your own kitchen! So you can have hot freshly baked croissants straight from your oven.

What you need:
Baking paper of professional quality with wax texture to allow the product to rise and expand
Ready-to-bake frozen Croissants dough
Here's how:
Place on baking paper a maximum of 12 pieces (tray 40 X 60 mm) with spaces apart. This will give the dough space to expand well and prevent from sticking to the pan.
Bake at 180°C for 18 minutes.
Et voilà! Serve and enjoy!

Wienerlis in Puff Pastry

Wienerlis in Puff Pastry

Sharing with you another cuisine creation made by our dear Chef Christelle, try this yummy creation that is ready in minutes and discover how easy it is to make!

INGREDIENTS

7 Wienerli Sausages
2-3 puff pastry sheets
1 tablespoon mustard
1 egg

DIRECTIONS

Separate the egg yolk from the white.
Take out the wienerlis from its pack.
Lay out a sheet of puff pastry.
Spread some mustard onto the pastry sheet.
Cut it in half.
Arrange the wienerlis on the pastry sheet, cut to fit.
Baste pastry edges with egg white.
Roll the wienerlis into the sheet and pinch the edges to bind.
Baste the rolled sheets with egg yolk.
Cut into 2cm portions.
Arrange on a baking tray.
Place in the center of the pre-heated (180 °C) oven and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
