Blueberry Clafoutis


A lighter version of a traditional recipe in Savoyard gastronomy to enjoy in all simplicity. Indulge yourself with the blueberry taste, slightly sweetened and acidulous, it works perfectly in a clafoutis.

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 tbsp agave syrup
2 tbsp orange blossom water
150 g frozen blueberries
200 ml skimmed milk
50 g flour
1 tsp butter
1 sachet vanilla sugar

Directions

Preheat your oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix the 3 eggs with the agave syrup and a tablespoon of orange blossom water.
Add the flour and mix well.
Then pour in the milk little by little.
Butter a baking pan and pour the mixture into it.
Sprinkle the blueberries evenly over the mixture.
Sprinkle it with vanilla sugar.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C (th.6).
Sprinkle again with vanilla sugar after taking it out of the oven.
Let cool and enjoy warm or cold.

Caprese Salad ala GERALD.ph


Here is our salad as we like it: simple, fresh, and gourmet. Serve this Italian salad for light lunch, a side for dinner, or as a gorgeous appetizer. Bon appetit!

Ingredients

2 ripe tomatoes, cut into rounds
1 pack Mozzarella Bufala, thickly sliced
1 cup Noir balsamic vinegar
fresh basil leaves for topping
a few Pitted Black Olives for topping
a little olive oil for drizzling
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Heat balsamic vinegar in a pan over low-heat, bring to a soft boil.
Cook until it turns into a slight glazy texture.
Set aside to let cool.
Prepare the salad, alternating the sliced tomatoes and the mozzarella slices.
Top with scattered fresh basil leaves and olives.
Drizzle with balsamic and olive oil.
Sprinkle salt and pepper to season, serve.

Salmon Pesto Spaghetti


A match of two classic ingredients, with a blend of freshness of basil pesto, this simple recipe is the perfect comfort food for your table.


Ingredients

1/2 pack Delverde Spaghetti no. 4
1/3 cup Barilla Pesto Genovese Sauce
1 pack Salmon Fillet Portions
Salt and ground black pepper
1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Cook spaghetti as per package instructions.
Heat a portion of pesto sauce and mix with the cooked pasta.
Season salmon portions with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat.
Cook salmon until just opaque in the middle, on each side.
Serve the pesto pasta and fried salmon.

Nutty Yogurt Sundae


Not all indulgent desserts are necessarily bad for you. Try something to treat your taste buds, with intelligently selected ingredients that contain healthy fats, and natural flavors. Try this fabulous dessert without worry. Let's get started!

Ingredients

2 pots 100ml non-fat yogurt
15 g dark chocolate
15 g choice of mixed nuts
1/2 cm vanilla bean
1 pinch cinnamon
1 tbsp natural sweetener like honey, or stevia

Directions

Crush the nuts and roast/toast/grill them in a non-stick pan or oven without oil until golden.
Let cool well.
Mix the yogurt, vanilla seeds, cinnamon, and sweetener together.
Place the mixture in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave for a few seconds.
Take a small bowl and place the frozen yogurt.
Top with crushed nuts and melted chocolate.
Serve immediately!

Roasted Striploin

Duck Breasts in Porcini
 
Entertaining for dinner? You want to savor these special occasions. Here’s an effortless recipe that will definitely impress your guests.


Ingredients

1 piece USDA Choice Striploin
1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt & freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Place striploin in a dish covered with cling film and let thaw for 6 hours.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Rub striploin with olive oil, salt, and pepper on all sides.
Place striploin at the center of the roasting pan fat side up and cook for about 10-15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325°F.
Continue cooking for another hour, depending on the desired doneness.
Check the temperature with a thermometer.
Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
