Bakery Subscription Program Policy

Subscription Agreement

 

By purchasing any or our subscription products, you fully understand that:

-you are entering into an agreement of purchasing products that will be sent to you on a recurring basis.

-you understand that the payment for your subscription will be charged in full upon placing the order.

-delivery of the products will be according to the schedule specified upon placing the order

Refund and Cancellation, and Postponement

 -As with other products on GERALD.ph, subscription is confirmed upon upon clicking the ‘Confirm’ button during checkout process

-Upon confirmation of order, refund or cancellation will be not be permitted for the full duration of the subscription

-Should you wish, you may reschedule the delivery of the products at a later time: (can they schedule earlier?

-for a one month subscription, you may postpone a delivery once, given that it is not more than one month from the original schedule

-for a three-month subscription, postponing three times is permitted,  given that each reschedule is not more than one month from the original schedule

-note: a subscription month is composed of 4 weeks from the set start date for delivery

-in case you would like to postpone your delivery, you may write to feedback@gerald.ph and our customer support team will reply as soon as possible to confirm that the new schedule is in place.

 

Requirements and Limitations for Subscription

 

-Minimum of one delivery per week is required for any subscription

-If you would like modify any of the contents of your subscription box you may write to feedback@gerald.ph, however substitutions are limited only to products that are offered as choices in the package, and should be of the same price as the item substituted for

-Only one type of product subscription box is allowed per subscription, another order should be placed should you wish another product to be delivered

-Only one delivery address  and time of the day for delivery can be assigned per subscription, another order should be placed if  should you wish to have the delivery at another location or at another time of the day

-However, for any reason you will not be available the set time for only one specific delivery , you may write to feedback@gerald.ph to postpone it following the terms for postponement

 

Delivery, Payment and Renewal

-Subscription Program  is Available in Makati and Bonifacio Global City only

-As with other non subscription products, applicable delivery charges are as indicated in our Delivery and Payment Policy,

-Only credit card payments are accepted for subscription (Mastercard/Visa)

-After the period of subscription has elapsed, the client would need to place another order to continue his subscription

-a one-month subscription is composed of 4 weeks of deliveries

-a three-month subscription  is composed of 12 weeks of deliveries
