Sandwich in a pair of sliced bread and top with relish and mustard for a more sophisticated sausage sandwich. Enjoy with a baguette by poking a hole in the middle of the loaf then inserting it.

Wienerli Potato Salad
4 Wienerli sausages
4 tbsp mayonnaise
3 eggs, hard-boiled
1 cup sweet pickle relish
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp E. Fallot mustard in grains
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 cup onion, chopped
Salt and ground black pepper
Boil salted water. Cook potatoes until the right tenderness.
Remove from pot to cool down. Peel and slice into quarters.
Chop boiled eggs and combine with the chopped celery and onions.
In another bowl, combine this mix with the sliced potatoes.
Add the relish, mustard, lemon juice, and mayonnaise.
Season with paprika, salt and pepper.
Mix well and refrigerate until chilled.
When ready to be served, pan-fry wienerli sausages.
Pair with the salad.
