All the way from the Atlantic waters, our frozen lobster is easy to prepare and makes succulent dishes. It can be served as the main dish, made in soups, stews or bisques, or dipped in butter.
There are many ways to cook it: have it broiled, boiled, grilled, poached or baked.
How to Thaw Frozen Lobster:
Place pack in a container full of water and place in the refrigerator overnight or up to 24 hours.
Leave at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
How to Cook Lobster:
On the stovetop, put a pot big enough to cover the size of the lobster.
Pour 2-3 liters of water or enough to cover the lobster. Toss in 2-3 tablespoons of salt and bring to boil.
Drop the thawed lobster, cover the pot and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes when it boils again or until cooked, shell turns bright red and meat is tender.

1 pack whole frozen lobster
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp of thyme
juice of one lemon
1 tsp skimmed fish stock
Boil water in a casserole.
Throw spices, juice and the lobster.
Cook until lobster turns red.
