How to Use:
Use as a flavorful enhancement for steak, pasta, fried eggs, risotto, saute vegetables, mushrooms, and of course…cheese. Finish fish filet, filet mignon, duck breast, or a nice piece of lamb with truffle oil, or create salad dressings, or mix with pasta to create excitement to your usual meals. Drizzle over tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese for the perfect appetizer. Add only after cooking is finished.
French Fries Lite
125 g French fries
1 tsp White Italian Truffle Sunflower Oil
1/2 tbsp paprika
Sea salt with herbs to taste
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Put french fries in a freezer bag or a container, add the oil and paprika.
Close the bag and shake to mix well.
Pan-fry or bake.
Add salt to taste.
Serve and enjoy!
