How to Cook:

Microwave:
Pour contents in a microwavable container and cover.
Heat for 1-2 minutes. Stir and it is ready to serve.

Stove:
Pour contents into a saucepan.
Heat to medium and simmer.
Stir and serve.

: Store in a cool dry place, far from a heat source.
Once opened, refrigerate in a glass or plastic air tight container.
Consume within 3-4 days.

Recipe Suggestion:

French Cassoulet

Ingredients

200 g canned white beans
2 clove garlic
1 onion, diced
sausages
50 g carrots
olive oil
2 tsp tomato paste
1/2 glass water
100 g Duck strips
1 branch thyme
200 g or tomatoes with juice, peeled and crushed
1 pinch salt and pepper

Directions

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion, add the duck strips and the beans, then the tomatoes with juice and carrots, garlic, thyme leaves, salt and pepper.
Put the sausage on top.
Dissolve the tomato paste in the half glass of water and pour into the saucepan.
Simmer for at least 20 minutes, adding a little water if necessary.
Serve and enjoy!
