The pink expression of the Brut Yellow Label but with 12% Red Wine blend with a fresh, fruity, and full-bodied flavor. 

Grape Varieties

50% to 55 % Pino Noir, 15% to 20% Meunier, 28% to 33% Chardonnay

Then completed with 12% of still red wine using red grapes. Aged 3 years upon release. 

Tasting notes

Robe of luminous color, copper hues

Palate: Fresh attack and a fruity sensation. Full bodied, delicious and fruity, with intense tastes of juicy ripe strawberries, cherries, and and red fruits

Nose: Fresh red fruit aroma, notes of biscuits and dried fruits and viennese pastries

Pairing: As an apertif,  Pasta, Parmesan, Seafood, Blinis, Salmon, Crackers, Fish Tartar

 

About Veuve Cliquot Rosé

The first blended Rosé was created in 1818 by Madame Cliquot by adding red wine to Yellow Label champagne: resulting in a fruity and full bodied expression of the Veuve Cliquot style.
