Tasting notes

Pale straw yellow color with green hues, clean structure yet sparkly. Intense on the nose with the pleasant aromatic body within the range of citrus fruits such as grapefruit, some melon, and apples with hints of banana and honey. It has great balance on the palate with straightforward attack, dry yet fresh flavor acidity. It is unctuous and firm with ripe fruit flavors and a touch of butter.
