Pina Colada Vanilla Ice Cream Float

Ingredients

1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup lemon soda
Pineapple Chunks
Whipping Cream

Directions

Place the scoop of ice cream into a wide glass.
Pour the coconut milk over the ice cream.
Fill with lemon soda.
Sprinkle with pineapple chunks.
Top with whipping cream and a few pineapple chunks.
Serve and enjoy!
