USDA Choice Beef Striploin

This boneless Striploin is becoming a favorite of many steak lovers due to its appetizing meat flavor and its tenderness throughout. The characteristic strip of fat gives it an extra succulent flavour.


Thawing

Take the striploin out of the pack, place them in a dish covered with cling film and let thaw for 6 hours.

Cooking

Pan: For rare, place the meat in a hot pan with a little oil or on the grill and cook over high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side. For medium, cook over high heat for 1 minute on each side then cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
