Thawing

Take the striploin out of the pack, place them in a dish covered with cling film and let thaw for 6 hours.

Cooking

Pan: For rare, place the meat in a hot pan with a little oil or on the grill and cook over high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side. For medium, cook over high heat for 1 minute on each side then cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
