Tuna Saku Sashimi
500g Tuna Saku loin for Sashimi
2 avocados, sliced
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp calamansi juice
4 spring onions, finely sliced
125ml premium soy sauce
Salt and pepper
Place tuna saku loin slices on a serving platter along with avocado slices.
Mix extra virgin olive oil and calamansi juice.
Use mixture to dress avocado and tuna.
Garnish with spring onions and season with salt and pepper.
Place soy sauce with drops of calamansi in a small saucer for dipping.
Add wasabi if desired.
Serve and enjoy!
