Trout Fish

Gilled and gutted whole trout from Norway, or fjord trout for Norwegian rainbow trout. It can be cooked right after cleaning, with no need to scale, fillet or skin. Individually frozen to preserve maximum freshness.
 
This fish has a delicate, almost "nutty" flavor, with tender orange or reddish flesh. Grill or barbecue for a great Omega 3-rich meal.

Pan: Lightly oil the pan and season the fish. Cook skin side down for 8-10 minutes, over low heat.

Grill: Enclose the fillets in foil after seasoning and brushing them with oil. Leave to cook on the grill for 10 minutes.
