Traditional round Mozzarella has a light and mild milky flavor. Softly spoken when fresh, the profile changes once melted, becoming stringy and mellow in flavor.

How to Serve:

  • It should be eaten at room temperature.
  • Take the product out of the refrigerator at least 10 minutes before consuming

Caprese Salad

Ingredients

2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
1 pack traditional Italian mozzarella
15 fresh basil leaves, sliced
a dash of extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper

Directions

Place sliced mozzarella on a large plate or platter.
Top with tomato, sprinkle with basil and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Serve and enjoy!

I wouldn't have thought that it's locally made if not for the promo. It's as great as the imported one, maybe even more fresh!
