How to Serve:
- It should be eaten at room temperature.
- Take the product out of the refrigerator at least 10 minutes before consuming it.
Wine pairing: white wine, Sauvignon Blanc
Cheese platter: tomatoes, fresh basil, croutons, prosciutto
Cherry Mozzarella Skewers
10 cherry mozzarella balls
1- 1.5 cup cherry tomatoes
10 fresh basil leaves
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and ground black pepper
In a pan, sauté garlic in heated olive oil until golden brown.
Let cool at room temperature. Rub mixture on the cheese balls, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
Divide ingredients into 2 or 3 portions.
Set skewer with cherry tomatoes, then the cherry mozzarella, basil leaf, and repeat.
Serve and enjoy!
