French Traditional Beef Bourguignon

Beef bourguignon is a classic French beef stew braised in red wine and beef stock, typically flavored with carrots, onions, garlic, and a bouquet garni, and garnished with pearl onions, mushrooms, and bacon. This convenient packaged meal is cooked, frozen, and ready to serve immediately after reheating.


Bring a large volume of water to a boil. Submerge the still-frozen vacuum pack into the simmering water. Heat for 15 minutes from the moment it starts to simmer, without boiling.
