Tasting Notes

Straw-colour hinting of citrus, lemon, honey almond. Prosecco is an ideal summer wine, clean with small bubbles.

Fermentation: cold fermentation, in steel tanks for secondary fermentation at 18 °C for 7-10 days [winestyleonline.com]

cool aromas, refreshing taste, fine bubbles
it does sparkle with persistent bubbles, light and pleasing on the palate, extra dry and pairs very well with prosciutto
