Tortelli Filled Pasta with Porcini and Ricotta

Each tortelli encases a sumptuous blend of porcini mushrooms and creamy ricotta, offering a sublime mix of flavors and textures. Boil and pair with a light sauce to highlight its natural richness. This artisanal filled pasta combines quality and delectable taste, ideal for an intimate dinner or sophisticated soirée.


Boil in lightly salted water for for 3 minutes. Do not thaw. 
Steam: steam for 4 minutes

Pairing: tomato sauce and cheese sauce.
