Fried Squid with Black Pepper

200 g squid
1/2 tbsp garlic, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper
2 stalks spring onion
1 cayenne pepper, chopped
1/2 cup onion
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp black pepper
2 tsp fish sauce
3-4 leaves parsley
Real Thai Spring Roll Sauce or Rice Paper Sauce
4-6 pcs Real Thai Rice Paper
6-10 basil leaves (optional)
5-6 peppermint leaves (optional)
Fry chilli, garlic and oil, follow by the squid and stir until squid almost cooked.
Add onions, bell peppers, stir well.
Season with Real Thai Black Pepper Sauce, stir well.
Cut spring onion and sprinkle.
Serve and enjoy!
