Real Thai Fish Sauce

This fish sauce is made from a traditional recipe using the finest natural ingredients to bring you a rich fish flavor that will develop the oriental character of any savory dish.

This has been an essential ingredient to cooking Thai, not to mention, it is one of the favorite condiments on the table. Easy to use, add just a few drops to your stir-fry or place in a saucer for dipping and get that authentic unique umami flavor to your cuisine.


Recipe Suggestion:

Fried Squid with Black Pepper

Ingredients

200 g squid
1/2 tbsp garlic, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper
2 stalks spring onion
1 cayenne pepper, chopped
1/2 cup onion
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp black pepper
2 tsp fish sauce
1 carrot
3-4 leaves parsley
1 cucumber
Real Thai Spring Roll Sauce or Rice Paper Sauce
4-6 pcs Real Thai Rice Paper
6-10 basil leaves (optional)
5-6 peppermint leaves (optional)

Directions

Fry chili, garlic, and oil follow by the squid, and stir until squid is almost cooked.
Add onions, bell peppers, stir well.
Season with Real Thai Black Pepper Sauce, stir well.
Cut spring onion and sprinkle.
Serve and enjoy!

tastes fishy :D in a good way tho
I like it particularly because it tastes clean yet very strong, just some drops and it boosts the deliciousness of fried rice and makes boiled eggs much more fun to eat.
