The fish fillets that are perfect to make fish tempura in the comfort of your home. Tempura is a Japanese style of deep-frying fillets wrapped with very light batter and dipped in a very hot oil to cook into a crisp and crusty fish tempura.

Quick to cook straight from the freezer. It contains Omega-3 fatty acids that are good for the body.

Ingredients: White Fish – Alaska Pollock, Wheat Flour, Water, Palm Oil, Modified Corn Starch (E1404), Salt, Raising Agents (E450, E500), Flavour Enhancer (E621), Sugar, Milk Powder
*Allergen information: Contains wheat

How to Cook:

Oven bake
Preheat oven to 220°C
Place frozen fish on a baking rack and bake for 12 - 14 minutes, turning fish after 6 - 7 minutes.

Deep fry from frozen
Preheat oven to 220°C
Place frozen fish on a baking rack and bake for 12 - 14 minutes, turning fish after 6 - 7 minutes.

Additional notes:

 -  Product must be cooked from frozen. Do not thaw. Ensure product is cooked through and piping hot in centre before serving.
 - Due to varying conditions, cooking time stated should be used as a guide only.
 - Microwaving not recommended.
 - For food safety this product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
