Ingredients
4 gluten-free broas (ladyfingers)
100 g mascarpone cheese
250 g strawberries
50 ml lemon juice or lemonsito
1 tbsp sweetener
2 drops liquid vanilla extract
1 egg
Directions
Separate the white and yolk of the egg.
Beat the egg white until stiff.
Whip the egg yolk with mascarpone, sweetener, and liquid vanilla extract.
Gently fold the egg white into the yolk mixture with a spatula.
In a deep bowl, pour lemon juice and quickly dip each broas then cut it in half.
Blend half of the frozen strawberries into a coulis and cut the remaining into thin slices.
In a large transparent glass, place 3 broas halves at the bottom and spread a little strawberry coulis on top, followed by half of the whipped mascarpone and a few slices of strawberries.
Repeat the procedure alternating the same ingredients and finishing with nicely distributed slices of strawberries.
Set aside in a cool place for at least 1 hour.
