Strawberry Surprise Ice Cream Cheesecake
1 scoop Strawberry Surprise
3 graham crackers
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
3/4 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup whole milk
Crush graham crackers into crumbs, put in a bowl and add one and a half teaspoon of sugar, add melted butter.
Once well blended, place in a small square tin pan.
Blend cream cheese, heavy cream, milk and the rest of the sugar in a blender until smooth in texture.
Spread the scoop of strawberry surprise ice cream on top of the graham crust evenly.
Then spread the blended cream on it evenly (store extra in freezer for future use).
Freeze to reharden.
Serve and enjoy!
