Have your own version of Neapolitan ice cream or the harlequin ice cream or make it into a sandwich (recipe below).
A treat to yourself with a single serving or shared for two.
Gluten-Free Neapolitan-Style Ice Cream Sandwich
1 cup Chocolate Ecstasy - 100ml
1 cup Strawberry Surprise - 100 ml
1 cup Hokey Pokey (100 ml)
1 pack Gluten-Free Broas Cookies
Thaw all three ice cream flavors a little.
In a small container, layer each flavor side by side.
Put in freezer until solid.
When ready to use, cut a strip of the ice cream making sure that all flavors are included.
Sandwich the strip in between two broas cookies.
Make as many as preferred.
Serve and enjoy!
