How to Best Use Frozen Strawberries

To Defrost:

Remove from the freezer and transfer only the amount you need into a secure plastic bag or lidded container.

Whole and sweet

It was whole, sweet and it wasn't clumped/stuck together so you know that it wasnt defrosted or experienced a change in temperature.
