Ingredients
1 pack Chilean Sea Bass fillets 
a pinch of the following spices and herbs: 
- dried oregano 
- pepper 
- garlic powder 
- onion powder 
- ground red pepper 
1/2 tbsp lemon juice 
1/2 tbsp melted, unsalted butter  
a couple slices of lemon 
Frozen Broccoli 
Frozen Cauliflower 
Frozen Baby Carrots 
Directions
Mix herbs and spices in a small bowl. 
Season the fish evenly with the spices and the lemon extract. 
Top with melted butter. 
Cook fillets for 5-6 minutes in a covered steamer basket over simmering water. 
Serve with a side of steamed broccoli, cauliflower, and baby carrots.
