Spinach - Whole Leaves

Whole spinach leaves grown in Belgium and immediately frozen after harvest for freshness and nutrient preservation. The spinach is conveniently molded into spheres for easy portioning and use.

This can be enjoyed on its own after a quick reheat for a nutrition-filled side dish, a flavor addition to salads, smoothies, pizzas, or omelets. They can be cooked in various dishes as well such as creamed spinach with pan-seared fish fillet, or incorporated into recipes like cheesy puff pastries.

The flash-freezing process locks in its essential nutrients and maintains its vibrant color.


Casserole (200g): Leave to cook with ½ glass of water, covered, for 5 minutes.

Casserole (600g): Leave to cook with ½ glass of water, covered, for 10 minutes.

Microwave (200g): Leave to cook with ½ glass of water, covered, for 4 minutes 30 seconds.

Microwave (600g): Leave to cook with ½ glass of water, covered, for 10 minutes.

Prepared in a ball
It was frozen and packed like little golf balls for serving. I have yet to use mine but im quite happy with the way it way packaged.
