A sachet for every 400 grams of rice, serves 4-6 persons.
Add to boiling water, stir to dissolve before adding the rice.
Do not add other spices except salt, when necessary.

1 3/4 cups of paella rice
Seafood (8 shrimps, 6 mussels, 6 clams, 4oz of chopped squid, 4oz of diced tuna)
3 ripe tomatoes, grated
1 small red pepper, sliced
1 garlic head
1 packet Carmencita Paellero Marinera
10 tbsp olive oil
2 quarts of water
Fry separately these ingredients then set aside: pepper slices with garlic, prawns, squid, and tuna, then the grated tomatoes. Set aside.
In a pan, heat olive oil then add the water (around 8 cups) to boil.
Add the sachet of the seafood paella mix while stirring for a few moments.
Then add the rice.
Add the seafood and the pepper, distributing them well.
Simmer at medium heat for 15 or 20 minutes until the stock is absorbed.
Let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
Serve and enjoy!
