Snow Crab Legs & Claws in Garlic Butter

With snowy white meat and easily breakable shells that can be done by bare hands, snow crab legs & claws are an easy and delicious gourmet treat to serve on New Year's Eve!

Ingredients

1 pack Snow Crab Legs & Claws, thawed
4 tbsp Isigny butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and ground black pepper
Lemon slices

Directions

Heat butter in a pan over medium heat and cook the minced garlic.
Add the parsley, salt, and pepper and stir until bubbling or fragrant.
Take the mixture out of the stove and set it aside.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Put the snow crabs on a steamer basket and place them in the pot of boiling water.
Cover and steam until cooked, around 5-8 minutes.
Remove from heat and put on a plate.
Drizzle with the butter mixture.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
Serve with lemon slices to squeeze over meat.
