Pre-sliced smoked salmon trout fillets, smoked naturally using wooden chips. With flaky texture and subtle, smokey, and buttery flavor.
Closely related to salmon, smoked trout has similar taste with only a slight difference in flavor with smoked salmon. Salmon trout grooms in fresh water but heads for the sea after a couple of years. This wild fish as smoked has milder taste than salmon.

As the fresh fish, this smoked rendition is also a good source of protein, vitamins and minerals such as selenium and magnesium. It also contains the good fats, omega-3 fatty acids, which are linked to lowering the risk of heart related issues. It is also a feel-good food due to its contents of B vitamins.

Avocado Smoked Salmon Trout Toast
1 slice Parisian loaf (half an inch slice)
3 fillets smoked salmon trout, thinly sliced
1 tbsp Buchette goat cheese
1/2 avocado, scraped and mashed a bit
1 clove garlic
1 tsp butter
2 slices tomato
Salt and ground black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice to taste (optional)
Spread butter on the slice of bread and sprinkle with crashed garlic, toast for 1-3 minutes.
Take out from oven and spread goat cheese over toasted bread.
Layer with the mashed avocado.
Top with tomatoes then smoked salmon trout slices.
Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
