Ingredients
2 whole wheat tortilla
160 g Smoked salmon
2 Avocado halves
4 tbsp full-fat cream cheese
1 shallot
1/2 Lime
Drops of hot sauce
a pinch of salt and pepper
2 tbsp coriander
Directions
Cut salmon into strips.
Cut the avocado into small pieces and chop the shallot, mix with 1 tbsp cream cheese.
Add squeezed lemon and coriander to the avocado mixture.
Spread the avocado mixture on the lightly heated tortillas, followed by the salmon strips.
Roll up the tortillas and cut in half.
In a small bowl, mix the remaining cream cheese with the spicy sauce.
Season with salt and pepper.
Enjoy the wraps dipped in the spicy sauce.
