Shrimp Tom Yum Soup Recipe

Tom Yum Soup is a hot and sour Thai soup that is nice to curl up with in cooler days. It’s not top of mind since the spices it requires aren’t always available at local stores. Good thing there are ready made spice pastes that make authentic tasting Tom Yum in practically no time. Here’s a quick recipe to try. Let’s get started!

INGREDIENTS

Raw shrimp 454 grams
Tom Yum Soup Paste
50 grams
Oyster Mushrooms 250 grams
2 cups of water

DIRECTIONS

Pour Tom Yum Soup spice paste into a medium saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

If desired, add shrimp 250g and Oyster Mushroomsand stir for 3 to 4 minutes.

Transfer to a bowl and serve promptly with steamed Jasmine Rice.
