INGREDIENTS
Raw shrimp 454 grams
Tom Yum Soup Paste 50 grams
Oyster Mushrooms 250 grams
2 cups of water
DIRECTIONS
Pour Tom Yum Soup spice paste into a medium saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
If desired, add shrimp 250g and Oyster Mushroomsand stir for 3 to 4 minutes.
Transfer to a bowl and serve promptly with steamed Jasmine Rice.
