Seafood, a mix of salmon, shrimps, and mussels in beurre blanc, a classic sauce from Brittany, a sauce similar to hollandaise, butter in white wine vinegar reduction.
Salmon - shrimp- mussel - white wine - milk - butter - flour - spicy
Delivered frozen in vacuum sealed plastic packs.
Keep frozen at -18°C before preparation.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Place contents of the pack into a microwaveable dish, cover and heat on high for 5-7 minutes.
Place contents of the pack into an ovenproof dish and heating either in the oven for 325°F (170°C) for 20 minutes or until butter melts and bubbles.
On a saucepan, empty contents into a saucepan and cover. Heat on high for 4-5 minutes. Serve as desired.
