Ingredients
Savory potato wedges
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp paprika or ground black pepper
Tomato salsa - mix the following ingredients altogether:
100 g chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or basil
half of a small red onion, chopped
Directions
Layout the wedges in a foil spread the oil thinly all over and sprinkle with paprika or black pepper.
Oven-bake through standard oven instructions.
Place the wedges on a plate and serve alongside the salsa dip.
