Tasting notes
Fairly pale yellow in color with a golden sheen, this white is expressive on the nose with floral and ripe fruit hints (citrus, quince) evolving into aromas of honey after a few months of conservation. On the palate, it has a fresh attack, a very round palate, quite ample. Good balance between sugar and acidity. Long finish, we find these notes of honey and dried fruits. [fr.sauvion.com]
