Storage: store in a cool dry airy place or store it in the vegetable bin of the refrigerator after wrapping it properly in a paper. Take it out of the bin in advance before serving.

Tagliatelle in Hazelnut Saucisson and Tomato Sauce
250 g Barilla Tagliatelle
half pack Saucisson with Hazelnuts
1 can tomatoes
1 green chilli pepper, sliced
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
Cook tagliatelle as per directions from the package.
Cut the saucisson into strips.
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Fry garlic until a little brown.
Add chopped tomatoes and water.
Add the saucisson slices.
Simmer over low heat until it boils.
Pour over tagliatelle pasta.
Serve and enjoy!
