Ingredients

200 g of Maison Loste Saucisson Sec Le Dodu pur Porc
400 ml crème liquid
150 ml milk
100 g Emmental cheese
400 g potatoes
200 g leeks
200 g carrots
1 clove of garlic
Nutmeg
Salt & pepper

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Bring the cream and milk to a boil then add the nutmeg and grated cheese, stirring gently so that they melt. Let cool.
Prepare the vegetables: cut the leeks into strips and the potatoes and carrots into slices. Set each vegetable aside.
Cut the sausage into strips.
Rub a gratin dish with the garlic clove and butter. Arrange the vegetables and the sausage in successive rows in the dish and season between each layer.
Cover with the cream/milk/cheese mixture.
Bake for 55 minutes at 180 °C (if the gratin browns too quickly, cover with a sheet of aluminum foil) then increase the oven to 200 °C and scrape for 15 min.
