Frenchified Grilled Cheese
4 thin slices of Saucisson Montagnard
4 slices of Australian cheddar
4 slices French Sourdough baguette
4 tbsp Isigny French Butter
Layer cheese and saucisson slices over the sourdough sliced bread, one in each.
Cover with the other slices to close.
Spread a half tablespoon of butter evenly over the top of each bread slice.
Heat skillet over medium-low heat.
Place sandwiches, side with butter down, in the skillet.
Spread the other half tablespoon of butter over the top of the slices.
With a spatula, press down the bread. Turn once to cook the other side.
Cook until bread is golden brown.
Serve and enjoy!
