These frozen bounties of the sea are of a superior quality salmon in both taste and freshness - presented in boneless fish fillets. Raised in the cold waters of the Norwegian fjords, the salmon is a fatty fish (10-15% fat) rich in omega-3, protein, and vitamin B12.

These succulent salmon fillets, hand-cut from the prime center, are ready to sizzle and ignite your taste buds with:

A melt-in-your-mouth texture: Rich, flaky, and tender in every bite.
Versatile cooking: Grill, bake, pan-sear, or steam - endless possibilities for culinary creativity.
Convenient portions: No waste, just perfect sizes for individual meals or family feasts.

Cooking without defrosting

Steamer: Cook the portions of fillets, out of their bag, for 5 to 6 minutes in a steamer basket, covered, over a simmering court bouillon. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.

Water bath: Immerse the bags in boiling water and cook for 5 to 6 minutes from the time the water starts simmering. Let sit for 2 minutes before serving.

Oven (180 ° C): Take the frozen fillets out of their bag and place in a suitable dish in a preheated oven. Cook for 10-12 minutes.

Microwave: Place frozen fillets in a suitable dish. Cook for 3 minutes.

Cooking after thawing

Pan: Sear the portions of fillets in oil for about 2 minutes 30 seconds over medium heat, turning halfway.
