Salchichon Iberico

A dry-cured sausage from Spain crafted with a blend of lean meat, savory bacon, a touch of fragrant oregano, sprinkles of salt, and peppercorns. It is the equivalent of salami of Italy and saucisson of France. What makes it extra special is the addition of Iberico pork, a prized breed known for its nutty and buttery flavor. It gives a richer, more complex taste, drier and leaner than other cured sausages.


Simply remove Salchichon Iberico from the refrigerator or the freezer and thaw for a couple of minutes. There's no need to cook or heat it.
