Entertaining for dinner? You want to savor these special occasions. Here’s an effortless recipe that will definitely impress your guests.


Ingredients

1 piece USDA Choice Striploin
1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt & freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Place striploin in a dish covered with cling film and let thaw for 6 hours.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Rub striploin with olive oil, salt, and pepper on all sides.
Place striploin at the center of the roasting pan fat side up and cook for about 10-15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325°F.
Continue cooking for another hour, depending on the desired doneness.
Check the temperature with a thermometer.
Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
