Ingredients
4-6 pcs Real Thai Rice Paper
40 g Rice Stick Noodles, boiled and drained
4-6 Lettuce leaves
100 g cooked shrimp
40 g cucumber, sliced
2 omelets
40 g carrots, shredded
fresh mint leaves (optional)
sweet basil leaves (optional)
Directions
Immerse an individual sheet of rice paper in water and remove after only a few seconds, leave it on a towel to soften for one minute.
Place the rice paper on a plate and put a lettuce leaf on the center of the rice paper.
Arrange Real Thai rice vermicelli, shrimp, carrot, cucumber, and shredded omelet on the lettuce leaf.
Fold in both sides of the rice paper.
Then fold up one-third of the paper over the filling.
Continue to roll the paper to enclose the entire filling.
Serve with Real Thai Spring Roll sauce.
As desired, add fresh mint leaves and sweet basil leaves or other vegetables.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
