Wheat flour, butter 23%, water, yeast, sugar, eggs, salt, wheat gluten, enzymes (amylases, hemicellulases), flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid).

Frozen dough form: 10-12 cm long
Baked product: 51 g average weight, 15-18 cm long
Keep frozen at -18°C before using.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Defrost at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
Place on baking paper maximum of 6 pieces (tray 40 X 60 mm).
Bake at 170-180°C for 16-18 minutes.
