Winemaker's notes:

The wine that's maroon in color with medium intensity, clean, bright, and shows tear density. It has aromas of dark fruits like blackberries, and licorice with sweet notes of nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, and buns. In the mouth, it's intense, with medium acidity and body, and well-integrated tannins. Black fruits and woody aromas can be detected in the aftertaste.

Tasting Notes

Ruby red with nuances purplish of medium intensity. Clean, bright, and with the presence of tears. Medium aromatic intensity. Clean and frank. Fruit aromas black and red, dried fruit peel, and certain floral notes. The barrel provides sweet aromas, nutmeg, vanilla, and even memories of cinnamon. Pleasant, of intensity and medium acidity. Well-integrated alcohol. On retrosanal appear again fruity and spicy notes.

Fermentation: Follow-up throughout the cycle of each plot and harvest at the optimal time of each. The different payments ferment by separated at controlled temperature (28-29ºC)
