Dry. A cheery salmon color. Fruity nose featuring a burst of flavors and aromas of cantaloupe, watermelon, red cherry, rhubarb, and a hint of rose petals. The elongated ripe fruit finish is achieved with a pleasant high acidity, balanced with medium body and intensity of flavor.
Lovely with soft cheeses, spicy dishes, Asian cuisine, salads, salmon.
