A charming wine with an excellent balance between prosecco and rosé, Prosecco Rosé Millesimato Extra Dry is excellent as an aperitif or an accompanying drink in a meal. As a versatile sparkling wine with a distinct character, it pairs well with all the best of the traditional Italian cuisine and the international ones as well.

Vinification
The fermentation in stainless steel vats, using selected yeasts at controlled temperature, was followed by the sparkling process in pressurized tanks using the ‘Charmat method’.

Bouquet

On the nose, the floral notes of the Glera grape and the fruity red fruits of Pinot Noir grapes stand out. Delicate and fragrant.
