Prime Rib Garlic & Herbs Steak

Christmas and New Year feasts are right around the corner. To add a special touch to your family dinners, why not try and create this easy but magnificent steak recipe using USDA choice beef? A delicious and perfect quality steak. Let's get started!


INGREDIENTS

1 pack USDA Choice Beef Prime Rib
1 Boursin (Garlic & Herbs)

salt and ground black pepper

 

DIRECTIONS

Make sure the meat is thawed and at room temperature.

Rub with boursin garlic and herb butter into the meat and coat well.

Season with salt and pepper.

On a cast iron pan, cook the steak 2 to 3 minutes each side, for rare, 4 minutes each side for medium, and 4-6 minutes per side for well done.

Let rest for a few minutes so that meat can relax and juice can spread back to the entire meat.

Serve and enjoy!
