Spring Sausage Rolls
1 pack Pork sausages
5 sheets spring roll wrapper
3 lettuce leaves
1 small carrot, boiled and julienned
1 cucumber, julienned
1 yellow bell pepper, julienned
1 pack broccoli flowers, chopped
salt and pepper
Pan-fry pork sausages in minimal oil until browned.
Remove casing and crumble the meat then set aside.
Place a sheet of spring roll wrapper on a plate.
Layer with veggies - lettuce, carrots, bell pepper, cucumber, and broccoli flowers.
Add in the crumbled sausage.
Season with salt and pepper.
Roll the wrapper gently and press seam to seal.
Pan-fry each roll until browned.
Serve and enjoy!
