Pork Sausage

These simple sausages are packed with well-seasoned, flavorful ground pork. They are great for a classic breakfast, served with eggs, toast, or fried rice. These are also an excellent addition to a charcuterie board, to a myriad of pork recipes, or when having a sausage party.


Thawing

Take the sausages out of the bag, place them in a dish covered with cling film and let thaw for 6 hours.

Cooking

Pan: Cook sausages over medium heat in a hot pan with oil for 5-7 minutes, turning them every 30 seconds.
