Pork Cordon Bleu
Pork steak filled with ham and swiss cheese. Rolls of breaded meat, filled with ham and creamy cheese. Delicious and classic, which you can easily serve for dinner.

Ingredients: Pork Meat, Ham, Cheese, Bread Crumbs, Salt, Spices

Make sure the cordon bleus are frozen from the pack upon cooking.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove frozen cordon bleus from the pack and place on baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for a minimum of 25 minutes.
Remove frozen cordon bleus from pack and place on microwave safe plate. Heat on high for 2.5 minutes for 1 cordon and for 3.5 minutes for 2.

Creamy Sauce for the Bleus
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 1/4 cup milk
a splash of wine
a sprinkle of parsely, salt & pepper
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
Splash in the flour, milk and the wine.
Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the seasonings and cook for a few minutes.
Pour over the pork while hot.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
Serve and enjoy!
